It is the policy of Racing Gear USA to keep your email address and any other information we may receive about you completely private. We do not sell or share our customer information with anyone, period.


MAILING LIST POLICY

When placing an order, or by visiting the Mailing List Sign-up page, you can join the Racing Gear USA Mailing List. At any time list members can reply to a message received to request removal from the list, please change the Subject to 'REMOVE ME'. Customers who provide an email address but decline to join the mailing list will only receive correspondence pertaining to their order.


QUALITY PROMISE

Racing Gear USA sells only new first-quality merchandise. We do NOT sell refurbished products or returns. All merchandise is shipped directly from the manufacturer to save you the cost of high retail markups!


PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Money Orders or Checks. Sorry, we do not accept COD. Money Orders or Checks are subject to receipt/clearing before order can be shipped.

We are required to charge sales tax on all orders to addresses in California only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped to addresses outside the state of California.

Your order is then SSL encrypted before being sent to us. Your credit card information is safe. We make every effort possible to make sure that you can shop without worry. However, if you are still uncomfortable with entering your credit card information online, feel free to fax, call or email your order to us.


SHIPPING POLICIES

Our products are shipped by the following methods at our discretion within the Continental United States.

  • DHL
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • AIRBORNE EXPRESS
  • USPS Priority Mail*

*Occasionally smaller packages are sent USPS Priority Mail. Items shipped to AFO/PFO or PO BOX addresses must be shipped via USPS.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and over seas destinations typically require 'Air Mail' deliveries, at an additional cost.

International shipping IS available. Upon placing your international order, shipping will be added according to the schedule below. Any additional freight costs are billed once the exact amount is known. This does not include any import fees/duties that may be charged by your government. We have NO CONTROL of such fees.

In stock items usually ship within 2-3 business days. Sorry, because our products are dropshipped directly from the manufacturer, we cannot offer or guarantee express deliveries.

Depending on your location and the volume (peak holidays, etc.) at the time of your order, delivery times can vary from 7-10 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery before contacting us. As we deal with many different manufacturers, orders with multiple items may ship seperately if your order contains items from different sources. You will, however ONLY pay one shipping fee. Shipment notifications sent via email, with tracking information WHEN AVAILABLE, are the usual and approximate time for the manufacturer to ship, and are not a guarantee!

SPECIAL NOTE FOR BACKORDERED ITEMS

If an item is on backorder and you do not wish to accept the delay in shipment, you may email us to cancel your order by 5:00 p.m. [PT] THE DAY OF RECEIVING YOUR BACKORDER NOTICE. If we do not hear from you by that time, we will assume you have accepted the delay in shipment and process your order. We're sorry, but once an order has been processed and sent to the manufacturer, it cannot be cancelled. In this event, you may return product at your expense and a full credit minus original shipping charges & a 15% restocking fee will be given. Thank you for your understanding.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR JH DESIGN JACKETS

JACKET RETURNS: Contact us within 10 days of receipt of merchandise and tell us what is wrong. You MUST receive a Return Authorization before sending us a return. Items sent without a Return Authorization will not be accepted. Please include a note in the box indicating why you are returning/exchanging the item. YOU are responsible for all shipping costs for the return/exchange. Exchanges are for size only. There will be no exchanges for different items.

Please Note: Items being returned must be unused. All original tags must be attached. No marked, scratched, or worn garments will be accepted for return. If you receive an item damaged/defective, please contact us at once and we will immediately begin resolving the situation.

PRODUCT WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

Racing Gear USA is committed to serving our customers well. We guarantee the quality of our products 100% and strive to bring as much value as possible to each customer.

Should a product be received by one of our customers that has been damaged through shipping or is defective in any way, please contact us. We will contact the manufacturer to obtain a Return Authorization # and a call tag for Fed Ex to pick up the box. This # must be written on the outside of all packages returned to the manufacturer!

If you have mistakenly ordered incorrectly and want to exchange the product, please contact us for a Return Authorization # and the customer will be responsible for returning the item themselves. If you wish to return an item for no other reason than just to return it, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the freight of the return. All product return requests must be processed within 10 days of receipt of product.

Merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact. If you are returning a product, please check to make sure your return meets the conditions described. **NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON CLOSEOUT ITEMS, CUSTOM MADE OR SPECIAL ORDERED PRODUCTS.

You will need to email us to obtain a return merchandise authorization # before any returns can be accepted. Please email for an RMA # and additional return shipping instructions. We will email instructions on any steps you need to complete before you return your item. Returns will need to be shipped directly to the manufacturer, and it is important that you contact us prior to shipping any returns to insure you are shipping to the proper address.

For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS. Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.

Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement. If credit cannot be issued to your credit card, a store credit will be issued.
